The original LINE Keep closed on August 28, 2024. Keep Memo is a separate self-chat. LINE’s official announcement explains the switch in sharing destinations.
How to find Keep Memo
On your primary phone, open LINE → Home → your profile → Keep Memo. Update LINE if missing. To pin it in Chats, swipe right on iPhone or long-press on Android.
If hidden, restore it under Home → Settings → Chats → Hidden chats. See LINE Help for device-specific instructions.
Save accessible photos, videos and files elsewhere
LINE limits server retention for Keep Memo images, videos and files without publishing an exact duration. Save important items while accessible. LINE’s download instructions.
The original Keep export is no longer available. Work with accessible Keep Memo content or copies you previously downloaded.
Start by copying one item and checking it opens at the destination. Then move the rest. Keep another copy of important data, and account for storage space, account access and backups even when using email or cloud services.
Choose by what you want to save
Choose the formats you need and where you will revisit them. You can also keep using Keep Memo and copy selected items to another destination.

Try one note before moving a collection
A new app will not help if you do not know where to look later. Save one item, such as a link to revisit at the weekend, and try to find it the next day. Check that photos open and text is easy to reuse.
